KEENETIC - the best Wi-Fi experience
Founded in 2010, Keenetic is an ambitious, innovative designer/developer & supplier focussing on Wi-Fi routers for SOHO and retail customers. Keenetic aims to provide the best Wi-Fi experience for its customers.
Wi-Fi standards are available for everyone, differences between chipset platforms have disappeared due to market competition, so almost everyone builds their devices from and with the same components.
Software makes a big difference. KeeneticOS is a proprietary Linux-based modular router operating system with exceptional performance and distinctive innovative capabilities.

GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION - WITH A MESH WIFI ROUTER FROM KEENETIC!
Modular operating system
The modularity of an operating system refers to the fact that it consists of more than 70 different system components, most of which are optional and can be individually selected by the user. This gives the user control over which functions should be activated and which should not. This modular structure means that only the required components are loaded, while the rest of the application does not remain in memory. This not only saves memory space, but also does not affect the performance of the device by deactivating unused components.
Continuous updating
Buyers of a Keenetic router not only purchase a hardware product, but also an operating system that is regularly updated. This means that the router's operating system is continuously improved and provided with new functions over a period of at least three years (in practice often up to six years). In contrast to many competing products, where outdated hardware often requires the purchase of a new device, Keenetic offers its customers the opportunity to keep their devices up to date and utilise new functions through software updates.
System image in the cloud
The system images of Keenetic devices are stored securely in the Keenetic cloud. This makes it possible to quickly and easily access a saved image in the event of a problem or hardware failure without having to reconfigure all settings. This function also makes it easier to install multiple devices with the same configuration and to switch to new hardware without losing the existing network settings.
Continuous internet connection
Keenetic routers allow the configuration of multiple incoming Internet connections to avoid outages and distribute the network load. Using multiple connections at the same time improves network reliability and ensures a continuous internet connection.
MESH
Keenetic's MESH feature is hardware independent, which means it is compatible with various Keenetic products and enables seamless integration. Unlike some competing products where separate MESH and non-MESH products are not compatible with each other, all Keenetic devices can be connected to each other, regardless of whether they act as routers, repeaters or access points.
Pop-up advertising windows
Users have the option to disable pop-up advertising windows on Keenetic routers to ensure an undisturbed user experience.
Maximise bandwidth
By monitoring and controlling bandwidth for individual client devices, Keenetic minimises network delays and optimises performance. Using proprietary algorithms and a traffic inspection engine, over 1,700 applications can be differentiated and prioritised to ensure optimal internet usage.
Parental control
Keenetic's parental control feature allows parents to control and restrict their children's internet usage. This intelligent function allows parents to manage smart devices so that they can be used safely by their children.
Night mode
The ability to disable Wi-Fi operation at night allows users to avoid unwanted exposure to electromagnetic radiation and create a peaceful sleeping environment. Deactivating Wi-Fi LEDs during the night also helps to minimise disturbing light sources.
